These are your north stars. Track them, own them, and ask for support if you're blocked.


✔ Be Feedback-Hungry:

Actively seek and apply feedback. It shows you’re committed to growth.


✔ Communicate:

Let your LM or PS team know how you’re doing, what you need, and if you’re ever overwhelmed.



📬 When Do You Get Confirmed?

Here’s how confirmation happens:


  • Your Line Manager will evaluate your performance (values + OKRs)

    in Week 11.


  • Your results will be reviewed by the People Strategy team.


  • Probation extended by 1 month with structured support (rare)


    🎉 Confirmed as a permanent teammate

    🔄 Probation extended by 1 month with structured support (rare)

    ❌ Offboarding if fit/performance expectations are not met (rare)


    You’ll always receive feedback regardless of the outcome.



💬 What If My Probation Is Extended?

No worries — we’ll treat this as another chance to thrive.


If this happens:


  • You’ll receive direct feedback and a clear growth plan

  • Your LM + PS will check in regularly with you

  • We’ll aim for a final decision at the end of the extension



🎁 What Unlocks After Confirmation?

Once you're confirmed:


  • Access to L&D Allowance

  • You’re part of the growth planning cycles

  • You’ll be included in formal company-wide performance appraisals
