This role will require you to create captivating, promotional content for platforms such as Youtube, LinkedIn, Tiktok and Instagram. You will be expected to employ seamless shooting and editing skills while collaborating with the marketing team to come up with engaging storylines.
Key Responsibilities
Multimedia Creation:
Develop engaging videos,
Design impactful static posters,
Capture compelling photography.
Each element should seamlessly contribute to real-time creative production.
Video Production:
Craft high-retention videos and reels aimed at boosting brand awareness and driving user acquisition for Dastgyr. Focus on producing content that resonates and retains audience engagement.
Creative Development:
Generate innovative content ideas that can be effectively utilized across both digital and offline channels to enhance Dastgyr’s brand presence.
Editing and Engagement:
Apply dynamic hooks and advanced editing techniques to ensure each piece of content captures and maintains viewer attention.
Collaborative Strategy:
Work closely with the marketing team to strategize and conceptualize campaign ideas, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned and cohesive.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain a consistent brand message and visual style across all platforms and pieces of content, reinforcing the Dastgyr brand identity.
Trend Awareness:
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in creative collateral and social media marketing, applying this knowledge to enhance content quality and relevance.
Asset Management:
Organize and manage creative assets efficiently, ensuring they are readily available and in optimal form for ongoing and future projects.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Demonstrated experience in creating engaging and high-quality video content for social media platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva/Figma/Illustrator.
Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing in video editing.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in creating content related to B2B marketplaces and trade is a plus.
