This role focuses on leading the strategy, development, and management of new categories such as agriculture, consumer packaged goods, electronics, fashion, food and beverage, healthcare, manufacturing, etc. This role focuses on establishing and expanding partnerships with key players in the retail and wholesale industries. Job Description: The Product Support and Operations Associate is responsible for providing high-quality product support to internal and external users and overseeing the operational aspects of product management. This role requires a blend of customer support, data analysis, process management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Support

  • Provide prompt and effective support to internal and external users via phone, email, and chat

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.

  • Relay customer feedback to the product development team for potential improvements.

• Product Operations

  • Process Management: Assist in managing and optimising operational processes related to product management.

  • Data Analysis: Support the analysis of product performance data and generate actionable insights.

  • Quality Assurance: Participate in product testing to ensure new features and updates meet quality standards.

  • Documentation: Help develop and maintain detailed documentation of product processes and updates.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply, ops, customer, and systems teams to align product operations with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Has, or, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Demonstrated experience in product support or operations through internships, part-time work, or related activities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
